Good Vietnamese food, but a soup noodle easily cost RM 20 plus.

Good place for a family Chinese dinner (though it is technically a Thai restaurant). Love the fried pork leg with Mongolian sauce. Spare ribs with champagne is nice as well.

Booked online for lunch, where booking is possible one day ahead. The sourdough basket is very tasty, the crispiness plus smokiness plus the variety. The lamb pie is good, as I am a sucker for lamb and pie. The garlic pasta comes with some nice tasty prawns. Some enjoy their lunch with seafood and wines.

This hill trail is huge, and easy to get lost if are you first time here. Use a hiking map App. There are a few main attractions: the big rock, bamboo forest, city view, angkor wat. We didn't go to the waterfall. I am guessing it would take at least half a day to do a full loop from TTDI to Mont Kiara. I think there are about 4 entrances, where TTDI is the most famous one. I went after lunch to avoid the crowd.

This is quite an atas place. The pork rib is pretty good, but the side dishes are quite disappointing. The roasted mushroom is good, but the bacon bits is not crispy. Reservation is recommended.

Pretty good, no complaints about the food. This place is fairly crowded, so can't stay long and have some minimum orders.

Noodle is average, but the ingredients options are okay. Coffee pass.

Interesting tea beverage shop, but I am not quite a fan of sweet drinks nowadays.

Finally tasted the curry mee, not bad, just that the meat too fat. Coffee is surprisingly better today.

A small mushroom festival.

Fried Kuey Teow is average, the otak otak muffin (should stick with the standard croissant option) slightly disappointed, but coffee still good.

The service is fast despite the crowd. Really love the signature Ice Lime Tea, good the refreshing kick. My favourite food here would be Steamed Rice Roll + Fried Spring Roll (like Chee Cheong Fun wrapped with meat).

This cafe is an Instagram haven. Food option is limited, with coffee, pastry, cake and western + balinese fusion. Food wise is pretty unique and tasty. I think the Burger Sampi is quite good.

Very busy around weekends lunch time, need to wait for 30 minutes. Due to lack of manpower they use a robot for delivery, which didn't help much, and need to make space for robot to roam. Hakka mee is okay, curry laksa is slightly better, and the coffee is below average. We haven't visited here for quite a while. Given the crowd and quality of food, I guess we won't be returning soon.

Triple Q for season combo is pretty good, we like it.

The fried chicken rice is okay, but the mutton is just too fat. The food is decent, but not something worth coming from far just to sample.

I suppose a business collaborate with an old street food seller in KL. This place is famous for bun with bbq pork slice. Food and coffee is decent.

New concept store by 7 eleven, very crowded on weekends. This place feels like a combination of 7 eleven + FamilyMart + Watson + Cafe. Just drop by for a visit, didn't buy anything.

Okay Thai food which feels very much like Chinese food.

Food generally taste good, business is brisk, and price slightly high. Service is acceptable despite the crowd. Sauna mee is okay, but generally I am not a big fan of this dish. Braised pork rice is surprising tasty. Fruit tea is good too. The Avocado Mango Sushi is good too.

Hiking up Gunung Kerunai (1000m) takes about 3h30m with full load for camping. The scenery is very nice, consist of Gunung Kenderung next to it, and plenty of clouds. The top is big enough to host more than 20 of us, and it could get pretty windy. In the morning the are sea of clouds, and you could watch the sunrise. We get to hike down via another path, which is nice. The view of the way down is very nice as well.

A day trip hike which takes about 1h30m to go up, and the path is mostly uphill. The entrance need to pass through a cow farm, with a gate. I am not sure the owner is okay with people passing through his land. After the cow farm is a rubber estate, then a bamboo forest, followed by the forest. The path is very steep and slippery as well, so will be very challenging during rainy days. There are 3 obvious checkpoint before reaching the top. The top is flat with wide space, offering an magnificent view of the nearby Gunung Kerunai and Kenderung.
